Woeful stuff by the sounds of it, and feeble capitulation, wasn't expecting to win but would have been nice to at least put up some sort of contest.
I've been very supportive of Goodwin, been 100% behind him.
But I've had enough now.
Defeat at Parkhead isn't the reason.
It's the manner of defeat.
Long ball pish, week after week.
The constant negative first half tactics.
Changing to positive tactics only when we're behind.
Sorry Jim, but it's time to move over and let a football coach take charge.
And take all those on the bench with you.
And take the medical team with you.
No surprise in this result of course, and we have more important games coming up in our relegation battle.
I
Time to pop off now JG, go with some dignity please.
Certainly with more dignity than you leave the support with.
I was looking forward to the Season after the first few games. The new players looked very attack minded. Now that they have had that "Coached" out of them. They look poor. Keeper at fault for palming the ball out to opposing forward. Is that what he's also getting Coached?
All gone tae phuck since he got that rolling contract. Mutual parting of the ways come the end of the season. The ba' is well and truly burst. Give us a good cup run before you go..................
Whether you believe stats or not, they are not good viewing!
I feel sorry for the fans who spent their hard earned to watch what was a total, ?thank you sir, may I have another!?
No wingers until late, no attacking intent. Embarrassing, at least give them a game and not a practice match, even if the odds are stacked! Macclesfield didn?t lie down to Crystal Palace.
There is something wrong, KK being touted elsewhere, no Dolcek, despite showings after his initial month on fire.
Our fans are in usual hysteria mode, we had jist gone 5 unbeaten before last week
We are allowed an average season too without having to replace managers, it's always going to happen, this one looking like it might be average cup run permitting, this is a very standard second season back in the top flight after over achieving in the first one
We will always have ups and downs, Moyes at Everton is a great example his first stint, good season average season, good season average season, followed by a few good seasons in a row because he was able to build over time
Just like wee Jim, who btw took a few years to get us punching, and btw lost derbies at Tannadice and lots of games to Rangers who were relatively average at the time
We've never had a losing run like Stephen Robinson teams get each season under JG, very up and down his teams, they go on losing runs and winning runs, our fans wouldn't stand for the type of losing runs he goes on each season
Absolutely no point changing manager unless you find something like that Askou at Motherwell and even then they are on less pts than Goodwins Utd were last season
If we change we'll just be in the same situation or worse in a years time (but add instability to the club at a time when we've started to find it on and off the field after ten years), that's been our problem, we need a run of 5 or so years with one person at the reigns through good and bad (relegation not acceptable of course)
Keep the heads, no short term thinking
