Alleged Leak of new home kit

The Times has revealed that Newcastle and adidas are planning a "significant departure" from our traditional 50/50 black and white stripes.

Instead of bold stripes, the new shirt will reportedly feature one thick black stripe down the middle, with the white sections filled with thin black pinstripes. Think modern "barcode" vibes!

Not sure how I feel about this to be honest, not sure how much I like it.

It looks very italian in my head.

    I'm sure how I feel...it's fucking horrendous.

Even the 90s barcode strip was better.

Yeah that was hated at first when it came out. It's kind of one of my favourite era shirts these days.

Marmite shirt I guess. I kinda like this one too.

Surely if we?re going for the barcode effect, we could at least have gone for the QR code look 🤣 really modernise our strip

But I do like it - especially the 2 thicker slimming black stripes down the sides 🤣

It's atrocious. And why do we have to incorporate blue into every modern home kit? Are we going for the dodgy offshore bank look?

It'll be similar to this but this entirely.

However, it might be a sneaky way to generate money.

Scan the bar code and it'll linked to pages of additional sponsorships and advertising.

    Billions in Ad revenue incoming.

What about the leaked away kit though???

Dunno about you lot but if this one is anything like the final design it'll out side the potential home shirt.
