What a load of ballacks, the real reason, if you'd care to actually think about it, is actually massive underfunding year on tear, reducing prison officer numbers drastically, morale at an all time low, etc etc etc.

The prison system is ineffective because space-cake munching lefties have infiltrated the prison service and flooded it with their Pinko- garbage. Letting people off and blaming society for a crackheads thieving and violence, teaches him nothing. The truth is the crackhead is at fault and needs to know that. Give 'em a bar of carbolic, a stiff prison uniform, a sledgehammer and a pile of "rocks' that he can't smoke and let him out in 15 years. No playstation, no ****ography , no drugs.....just a bible.
