I don't know about Bolton but this whole FFP stuff is winding me up. I know US 'franchising' gets a bad rap but I like the way they have salary caps which lead to a cycle of success rather than 4-5 teams dominating the sports.
Not working as well as it should though as the Patriots seem to be in the Super Bowl final most years.
