I'm hearing a wee rumour resurfacing that we intend to make an offer a pre-contract for Stephen O'Donnell in January with a potential offer of a deal to be concluded in January if a small fee can be agreed.

You're a bit behind min,is that the same rumour that RST told us about on the other January Transfer thread 8 days ago?
