Kerr, we have seen Gina Millers successful court cases against the UK Government during Brexit, we now have the Karlsruhe judgement against the EU and they are spitting feathers.
How do you think this will play out? national and supranational courts under EU law which will take precedent over he other?
In your opinion wil the EU have to change treaties to avoid such issues in future?
