I'm slightly surprised that he's got rid of Rose. saying that, he bums Doyle and it had to be one or the other. Crawford unlucky there, although he'll probably be bagged by a L2 club and end up doing well (knowing our luck) . Booty is a real shame, but it doesn't seem like he's ever going to get better from this back injury, so that's dead money, I get that. Wilson, yeah fair enough, didn't really get any game time and he's getting on a bit. Zoum I'm upset about. I thought he was good cover for McCrory.

With Crawford, Rose and Booty gone...it looks like his main goal is to strengthen the midfield. Has Doyle got another season in him or will he just be used as and when?

The main thing is to try and keep the nucleus of this squad and add a few more players. We know they can all perform well at this level and you don't want to go changing things too much after a successful season as it takes a while for people to bed in.
