I’m feeling like I’m scraping the barrel today on a personal level.

I went with the wife to Solihull yesterday for the first shopping trip in 7 months and what a pain that was.

Queuing for 35 minutes just to get into the M&S cafe was bad enough but the whole experience was a pain.

I’ve pulled a calf muscle in my calf so I can’t walk let alone run and not exercising really lowers my mood.

I don’t think people are going to stomach the constant impositions on their lives for more than another six months.

Interesting to see Kuoni the travel company I normally use completely closed up in Solihull as well.

If you’re happy just sat in front of your TV then I guess this situation is fine but I’m beginning to wonder as to just what the point is of a life like this!?

Our economy and the world economy is being been badly affected I just cannot understand why we aren’t spending billions on ramping up our health provision to cope with Covid and any other future pandemic as this is an investment!?

Better doing that than spending billions paying people to stay at home.

I cannot understand the financial logic of not spending big at this time to get ahead of this and to future proof ourselves so that life can return to normal.

If I was 20-25 years older I think I might just “Tap out” now and ring Dignitas.

Probably wouldn’t be allowed to travel though 😤😤
