Here's the rules, no Googling please or you'll answer all 40 in 5 minutes. Feel free to use Google to satisfy your own curiosity but don't then post the answer on here. Once you've had a stab at 5 of them then give it a rest for 24 hours before posting again to give others a chance. Reply with year, song title and artist to get a point, remembering the year the song is listed under as it might be referring to a (godawful in some cases) cover version.
