I haven't invested much time looking into the Biden emails thing, but if the story doesn't even meet Fox News's editorial guidelines then it's probably safe to say there's 'nothing to see here', but it could be as you suggest.

Anyway I doubt they'll have to concoct a scheme to get Biden out; a couple of cognitive slip ups and the Republicans will probably try and invoke the 25th amendment.
