I think most folks are happy to have a reasonable wait when it's busy but in the Cutlers is just a scrum with a random way of getting served no matter how long you've waited nor how patient you've been.

So as well as being able to manage Rotherham United better than the professionals at the club, you could also manage a pub that's busy on match day. You are wasted on here.
