When I import my stuff from China I’ve always bought my Dollars months in advance, you have no idea what you can afford to sell to your customers at unless you actually know your fixed cost per item.

Too many chancers with no business sense are allowed to actually be in business.

Could not agree more with you. Staff are the most valuable asset and when every business is desperate for Labour - why would they offer just the minimum wage? If a business can’t afford to pay staff an extra £3 per hour for example and would rather close - perhaps they should close for good as they are either not operating profitable or are greedy t wats who don’t deserve good staff.

No wonder people are happy to sit on benefits when the minimum wage is too low!
