I'd class 4-5th in the league as being competitive and IB shouldn't complain. If he does a really good job in charge he should finish higher than that. Skint compared to Hollywood FC, Insurance Chesterfield and local boy done good Stockport? If so yes we can't compete with those 3 in the transfer market.
Yes, as well as the vast majority of clubs above us in the pyramid.
Year in, year out we fall further behind yet another club or two that we'd have once looked down upon from a great height, even if we still get better gates than them. Every other club seems to be able to attract wealthier and or more competent owners than us.......
