Looks good on paper, but it isnt. Wimbledon Crewe and Doncaster are poor teams, its not like playing Rotherham. Morecambe are poor, thats an interesting one, and consider the last six weeks or so of the season.

If United are down there, and they will be, its curtains.

I am aware of the this is not a joke approach, but have discarded it, as something as irrelevant as football does not deserve it.

I hope Greg Taylor is healing. Things must take its own course. Having said that, pretty powerful ju ju is on Uniteds side. Think of the Oneill fluke at Portsmouth, yesterdays goal, and all else.

Flicking through the channels last night, i caught an interview with a forest player, after he scored a last minute equaliser. The Forest end was packed. Having scored the fans went wild. Forest are 15th or so.

I am no longer emotionally invested in football, and now that i am free of such nonsense, the celebrations over a goal, are quite honestly, ridiculous. I marvelled at such an outpouring of emotion over nowt.

And that used to be me.

It makes me wonder where it comes from. It must be about latent hunting instincts, that scoring and winning is like a kill in the wild.

Its by proxy in football. That its us thats scoring and winning, and exhibiting superiority, not Liam Oneill. Such base, raw, primal, primitive emotion.

An emotion humans have not tamed. Not by a long shot.
