I'm sure no club would be happy with their manager behaving like this, but at the same time they have gone all in for promotion this year and the difference in results between before James Rowe and with James Rowe is clear to see.

Would be a massive risk to get rid of him.
You'd think it's down to this and possibly similar incidents but suspension rather than sacking seems an odd choice. It's not like he's going to come back and carry on as if nothing happened
