Driving home from my night shift it seems considerably lighter at 6am this morning but don't know if this is anything to do with it being a full moon last night. Presenters on the radio were going on about not being able to sleep during a full moon and must say that we always know when it's a full moon at home because all our animals get out of sorts. I understand the ducks because they are outside and it's so much brighter than normal but the dog and particularly all our cats play up whenever it's a full moon. Maybe it's because we are on the coast and something to do with the effect of the moon on the tide (I'm trying to remember my schoolboy science here&#128512. Obviously there were high winds too last night but anyone else experience similar effects during a full moon (besides turning into a werewolf of course)? And is there any science behind it?
