The council passed it last summer.
Well into this season Khaled decided it’s not safe.
If anything untoward happens the council isn’t liable - but Khaled is.
The upper stand floor is made of wood that has holes in it.
Most of the lower stand is open to rain.
There are no toilets in the north side of the stand.
The south side toilets are inadequate especially for women.
Broken glass bottles decorates the perimeter wall.
It’s a stand suited to the 4th tier of English football.
The stand forms the first impression of someone (eg potential signings) visiting the club for the first time.
IMO the whole stadium needs to be revamped including a new West Stand.
We need to hear from the owners (not Khaled) what their plans are.
