So the "defining a woman" expression relates to transgender rights (or denial thereof)?
Is that right?

I think it relates to a number of politicians being asked “can you define what a women is” and them being unable.

Saying a man can’t be a women isn’t denying them their rights it’s simply pointing out a fact.
