Expectations in BJ's immediate electorate, the 359 Tory MPs, have been tactically lowered. Success is defined as not losing all that many local authority contests where a Conservative is the incumbent. We are also in mid-term of this government when the government traditionally gets a kicking. So Conservative expectations are very low indeed and thus BJ will not be cast aside for results being similar to these low expectations.

The reality is that the last time these particular contests took place in 2018 the Labour Party did very well indeed, so it has little chance of making significant gains. The only Conservatives holding seats are those in wards in which the electorate will vote for a lump of shit that is wearing a blue rosette. Such Conservatives will hold their seats on Thursday.

Thus BJ will not be subjected to there becoming a total of 54 Letters to the Chairman of the 1922 Committee.
