I know the scousers have past form and always seem to be at the scene of the crime but having just read through some 'independent' reports on what went on it certainly seems there were some major failures in organisation/planning/crowd control for an event of this size. On the flip side I bet they've had similar events at this Stadium without such failings so it's easy to identify what the 'new' factor in the equation was and it was wearing a red shirt.
