No good moaning about it the Amazon business model it is totally legal in every country they trade in. The comments are relevant not only about the UK tax system but that of countries across the world. Unless Governments work together to try and make it a fairer playing field across the world then nothing is going to happen.

Have they got an unfair business advantage, of course they have.

Do customers want them in this country? Of course they do.

Will customers boycott them? Of course they won’t, in big numbers anyway. Sales are increasing year on year. Number of outlets increasing year on year, number of staff, direct and indirect increasing year on year.

Yes we could let them go elsewhere and take their jobs and business model with them but can’t see that benefits the UK economy one little bit.

Horrible company and the government should stamp on them but they won’t! No wonder small businesses and high street stores are going bust!

My mrs ordered 70 pounds worth of goods and dumped in rain this week. Contacted their chat line in Timbuktu or wherever and just said it had not been delivered as so wild! Made me feel so good to rob this company of a small amount!! Wish more would do it!! Proper couriers use photographic evidence upon delivery!!!
