Tam got pelters but his mister nice guy and being everyone's best mate management style, but that seems to be what these players need. As much as the criticism is deserved, Ross's comments in the press about the players are only going to further kill their confidence.
I think it's pretty clear JR can't get a performance out of this group of players. That's the players the club have, nothing to be done about that so there is only one feasible solution.

The thing is, I'm usually the last one on here saying things like this. ☹️
