I don't think there is a hard and fast rule regarding the sell on clause. Have heard it quoted before that the sell on figure is after deducting the original fee and otherwise as a stand alone disregarding the original fee if any. What I wonder is that if we now have a sell on deal with Hibs, and I certainly hope we do, do Man Utd. then get 25% or whatever of that future windfall with their percentage carrying on through to any new deal. I suppose you could argue it both ways.
