He won’t find one Mick. The reason he won’t find one in addition to what several posters have written is that the statutory maximum claim is £105k. So a footballer on £20k a week would be looking for 4 and a bit weeks pay.

Further, I deal with several staff issues at work and we got accused of constructive dismissal a few years back. We were concerned but legal weren’t. Apparently it’s incredibly hard to achieve and only a small handful are successful in their claims.

So leaving a well paid job with no prospects, for a long legal fight which you’re likely to lose for £105k - which long term will damage career prospects in a lucrative industry….that is why constructive dismissal is not for footballers and why you don’t see claims.
