Lewis Macari

The Sun reports today that Lewis Macari is going to sign permanently for Notts in January.

Hope it's true but The Sun doesn't have the best track record. He'd certainly be a welcome addition IMHO.
He's looked quality every time I've seen him. I'm surprised he didn't start yesterday. Rawlo had an absolute stinker.

I think LW picked Rawlinson for his aerial ability because Baldwin was out.
Think Macari has played well for us(and if we sign him won't cost a lot and on low wages and a decent squad player) but in a back 3 he lacks pace and aerial ability(for a centre back) rightly or wrongly that's also why he's picking Brindley ahead of him with us playing such a high line.
