When does acceptable become unacceptable?

The reason for the delay could relate to the situation at Bristol Rovers where Wayne Carlisle and his team are likely to end up. The new manager (Richardson?) will probably want to bring in his own staff. So the issue for Tony is timing. When will BRFC come in for Wayne Carlisle and co? Tony wants to avoid the need for sackings and paying up of contracts? We'll never know though

Surely the bigger picture is millions by staying in the championship not couple hundred thousand paying people up.
