Really, so we are not appointing our new manager because we are hoping that another club will come in and offer some of our employees a job, so if they don't when will we have a manager?

If LR has stated he doesn't want any of the current coaching staff then that seems very strange, he might want WC to step aside but surely the other two coaches can help him settle in and get to know the players until he can add to the coaching team. WC doesn't have to be dismissed, he can be put on gardening leave and allowed to go to Devon and have xmas with his family, and a settlement agreement can be drawn up over that period.

The silence from RUFC and the lack of movement isn't good for anyone
