It's almost a relief that folk from outside can see what's going on. Why isn't ffp challemged in the courts-could it fall foul of anti-competition laws? The idea that it's to stop clubs spending beyond their means to protect them from themselves is so laughable and transparent that I'm surprised anyone bought it.
