Having worked in the South West on a regular basis I am dismayed that Torquay United have been placed in administration today.
Would it not be prudent that some league clubs enter into agreements with some of these non league clubs to provide game time via loans for minimal loan fees or no fees at all for younger players to gain some match experience.
