Just been looking at the figures for the proposed take over of Everton plus debts and was astonished to see what Ratcliffe had paid for his 27.7% share of Manure plus the Glasers debts.

He paid £1.3 billion for 27.7% which values Manure at £4.69

That means that our lot buying a debt free club for £305 million have got this club for less than one fifte-enth the valuation of Manure and free of debt into the bargain.

The only financial difference I can see is perhaps Old Trafford is a freehold ground ( I don't know whether it is or not) and SJP is leased by the club from the Freemen of the City. But come on 15 1/2 times the value of a debt laden monstrosity such as that. Either Ratcliffe is out of his mind or some sort of financial shenanigans are going on.
