Totally get that Mick, but you’ve highlighted an important thing that makes Facebook work. You’re in control. You don’t have to interact or have as a “friend” anyone who is a pain for whatever reasons. One thing I didn’t mention was the CPTSD support group. It’s been a lifesaver to have a group of people who actually understand and validate how it affects your life. Also I pretty much learned music production through contacts on Facebook, some who have been very supportive. It’s pretty much what you want it to be. I thought at one point I would ditch it but it’s become quite important to me for the reasons I mentioned.

There will always be positives about anything but don’t get all the stupid comments and posting s hite just for self obsessed responses.

Only this morning I received from someone I know telling his partner - I love you babe and you look beautiful. She was probably in the same room so how embarrassing FFS!

Glad my young daughter is not on it! My old man always used to say - anything private should stay private and he was right!
