I think the criticism of Wrexham's performance is misguided to say the least and our management team should certainly have known what to expect from them.
They were very well organised and defended as a unit so although we had a lot of possession we did very little with it and their goalkeeper could have been sat in the stand because he had so little to do.
It was a classic Phil Parkinson type performance. He's made a living out of his teams playing that way but whether or not that will be enough to get them promoted this time remains to be seen as better teams with more tactically astute managers than ours should be able to roll them over.
There's a long way to go yet.
