If it wasn't for a tragic accident, then he would have never been near our club. I would much rather have the East Stand renamed after one of our league winning team...nothing against Eddie, but I think the Thompson name shouldn't be on our Stadium any longer. We have tipped the cap, to honour a good man.....but it's time to acknowledge a proper legend.
