As for PD the idea that some on here think the COO isn't a major decision maker at the club is hilarious and once TS has issued his instructions who do you think implements them if not the COO and CFO.

Of course he isn't the final decision maker but as you state MILLERSTALE he brokers the deal, you by your own words he is the deal maker.

I haven't said that PD know nothing about football, don't put other people words in my mouth. The board have run the club for many years, they have a lot of experience and via their networks formal and informal they will work with other outside agencies as well. That doesn't mean they always get it right does it? All the people on here at some point have found something the club has done and moaned about it.

To make cayton happy i won't mention him again, why don't you and NWC give the posters on here a list of things we can't talk about being that you are so quick to criticise others, but rarely add any real value other than focusing on the people that post rather than the subjects being discussed.
I only comment on other people’s posts to either agree or call out the bollox. You get to pick which category you fall into.

With respect to PD - have you ever met and spoken to him? I have and I can assure you he is not like any other COO I have ever met. Don’t mistake RUFC with a large commercial operation, it’s a tin pot outfit with next to no infrastructure or system behind the facade. PD is therefore nothing more than a glorified office manager with Karen akin to an Accounts Clerk.
