Full credit to young Jimmy Trafford, who was without a doubt the hero of the hour. I?m absolutely made up for the lad. The two saves made it feel like a victory in the end. On the positive side of things, I do get the feeling the team do seem to have a togetherness and do work hard enough. Parker in fairness to him has put together a decent group of professionals. Having said that, it?s yet another home game with no goals.. and that has got to be a major concern. The stats don?t lie, it doesn?t take a genius to see where we are weak. I can?t help but think it?s common sense that we will fall into the playoffs without signing a couple of forwards in the transfer window
We play 90%of our football in our own third of the field Cornerholme

Id rather have lost 3-2 and actually been in a game

Parker can dress it up however he wants but on show for all to see was the 2nd placed team in the league at home who generated / produced very little and imo anyway showed no ambition to win the game.

No one on here seems over concerned that we were absolutely clueless with no intent to win the game.

Don’t know about. You but I’d looked forward to the game and fully expected us to let’s say compete in a top of the table clash - instead we just played negative football and let’s be honest offered nothing much really.
