Great question. Some well informed football bloggers seem to think all he needs is a new assistant and everything will be ok. Never seen such a load of nonsense in my life.

But surely the manager brings in his own assistants/coaches etc, you don't just force people onto them or advertise. Remember when Jamie Fullarton actually advertised for assistants and Moniz had his forced on him.
Still don't get why we didn't just get Jim O Brien back even temporarily.
