I think most decent managers would look at the players we had available for the last third of the season and back themselves to have gotten Notts promoted with that group. Our next head coach and his assistants need to be able to inspire the players - something SM/Alves were consistently unable to do.

Agree - why the bros didn’t take action earlier is beyond me, we were so close to getting an auto promotion spot despite Maynard being in charge
