Another Millers win.....plenty to smile about today

No Shows: A full card! Well done everyone great to see.

Weekly winner(s): There were a total of only 18 points up for grabs, which isn't really a big amount but, there were some great returns found. Ten of us all hit normal double figures; Ronners 10, GlennMiller, Millersrus and myself 11, Ackworth and HKMiller 12, a123 and Pipppy 13, MillersTale with a great 15 points but, even that was beaten by a better score of an incredible 16 points getting only 1 result wrong. CaytonMiller take a bow Sir that was some score indeed and the bonus gives you 21 points overall. Well done pal. More on this later.

Predict a score: A triple rollover so either a whopping 15 points or 9 for sharing were there to be claimed. The latter is how it turned out as a123, Nardendee and myself all predicted the final score to be Sheff Utd 1 v 0 Watford and, if you played your Joker.....

Joker(s) played: I did it again, hummed and hawed about playing mine and decided not to .

Anyway moving on, x 3 were played and two of them to excellent effect! Setting it all off was Mr Buckaroo doubling his score to 14 points well done. As for the next two well......let's start with the Weekly Winner Cayton. Scoring a brilliant 16/18 points only getting the Donny result wrong gave him a whopping 42 points, very well played indeed.

The last being a123. Prior to playing his Joker, there he was sat 2nd bottom in the League. BHAM! how to turn in 44 points and a new League record for a Joker played I do believe? I'm sure CAM will correct me if I'm wrong . Way to go indeed Sir!

Wooden Spoon(s): Bramley seems to have caught last seasons Cayton bug as he picks up back to back spoons but, he's not alone as Grist joins him having both submitted 4 points each. Unlucky chaps but they are yours this time.

Well, well well the receiver of previous Wooden Spoon jokes, Cayton comes crashing through to take the top seat from Pipppy, bet he's grinning like a Cheshire cat and why not as that is a great move.

A quick mention to Cayton, Pipppy, Nardendee and myself as we are the first to break through the 100 point barrier. I'm sure there's more to follow next weekend.
