2 good games doesn't validate the 343, not at all.
There have been many games this season where the middle two in that 4 have been out matched by an opponent's 3 or even 4.

Plus there have been several matches where the spaces in behind our wing backs were exploited because they were so high up the pitch they were posted missing. The matches drawn and lost columns tell their own story. Dozens of unopposed crosses coming in against our centre backs. Centre backs coming out to stop the crosses and leaving big gaps in the centre.

The 343 worked in these last two games because we implemented a high energy press and we used the ball better when we got it. And because most of our players brought their A game at the same time. How often can we say that this season?

I do think there are little signs that Jim Goodwin realises he's been alienating more and more of the home support and is starting work to try and fix that.
