Fail to meet Evans standards and your out the door PDQ. Can see the positives and negatives to this. One thing to take into consideration though (even though folk won't) we haven't a clue what goes off behind the scenes but folk will always jump to conclusions and spread sh!t about.

Some players Evans described as 'bad apples' some will probably have wanted to leave, some weren't good enough and the little digs in both Evans and Nards interviews, gave away that they'd had a fall out.

With Evans this is the way it's going to be by the looks and if it keeps on improving the side and we continue to see the effort we've seen so far I ain't complaining.

Doesn't there come a time when we have to nurture our own players though? Worrall is still pretty young and surely has a good future in the game.

When do we bring in permanent players who will develop into Championship players? Or do we cycle through potentially good loan signings in a brave bid to get promotion?

Evans goes on about teams having played together for a considerable time as being better equipped to succeed. Our player turnover is staggering. We get players in, try them out, and if they don't immediately fit, they're frozen out. If they're too much of a dressing room character, they're frozen out. If they moan at any point about not being picked, they're frozen out. If they talk publicly about contract extensions, they're frozen out.

Not sure what the club's strategic policy is, but if we are planning on getting to the Championship quickly, we need squad development to ensure there's no meteoric slide at the end of it.

Different clubs and managers have all sorts of criteria when signing players. I met the Yeovil squad a few years ago and a big factor behind their relative success (small club holding it's own in Lge 1 at the time) was Gary Johnsons recruitment criteria. One of the requirements is every player moves within 15 miles of the ground. With Yeovil being very rural and nowhere near any other league club that means every signing commits to moving when signing. This can be a rented house or they can buy it's their choice.

What this does up front is says to a player are you 100% committed to playing for Yeovil Town and if they aren't both parties walk away. No player has long daily commutes so they are fresh in training and they socialise more as a squad. We've heard all sorts of stories about players not settling and one of rumours about Nardiello is he lives near Bury and has a new born baby. We have dozens of clubs nearby compared to Yeovil and I'm not saying it has to be within 15 miles of

To me it seems like SE brings the bad apples on himself, I've noticed him having a go at O'connor too often than not, he had a right go at him in New Year's Day well before the penalty (for what reason I have no idea) I was shouting have a go at Arnie who clearly was not up to form.

Three just today, Mills released, Tidser and Worrall out on loan, and there is still time for more. That doesn't include Nardiello, Oddjob, Ainsworth and Hylton already out on loan and Schofield training with the kids. That's a large percentage of our squad and wage bill not being allowed to contribute to the team.

Edit I forgot we already have SE signing David Noble on loan and it's just been extended to the end of the season. I make that at least 9 players on our books with very little future at the club.

Out of the players Evans has got rid of there's not many who'd id have back most aren't good enough for a promotion chasing league 1 side and that's what we're aiming to be. Whenever we lose a couple of games some of these players keep on getting brought up by some folk just to have a dig at Evans (seems like that anyroad).

I like a lot of the players that have moved on and thank them but have no problem moving on myself.

I like the look of Tidser (Evans says he will be back in the summer) and would have liked to have seen Worrall given a chance. Wait and see is my advice as over reacting can make you look daft. I know this from experience. :/

Who would you have back and why?

I would definitely have Tids back and Worrall if he can stay healthy. I wouldn't have lets Nards go either until we had a cast iron replacement, but I fear SE and Nards' relationship is long dead in the water.
