Which teams should be in the Premiership?
Ignoring their current league positions, which clubs do you believe would be good for the Premiership? I am mainly basing this on attendances, facilities, past achievements and ignoring the current trend for rich foreign investors using a club as a play thing.
My shout would be (some of these I hate to type lol)
Derby
Leeds (did I actually type that)
Sheffield Wednesday
Sheffield Utd
Middlesbrough

Birmingham
Leicester

I'm basing mine on how many seasons they've had in the top flight, whether they've won the division and the prestige and pedigree.
Also I'm talking about before money spoilt the game, like OTR's statement about rich foreign owners.
