Unfortunately numptys don't only inhabit this forum. They also lurk in the corridors of power at the F A. And of course they make decisions. More often than not wrong ones.

I think I'm right in saying the ref who was in charge of the infamous "beachballgate" game was the same one who allowed the Eto'o goal against Cardiff.

On both those occasions the actual laws of the game were broken. It wasn't a simple question of interpreting whether a foul had been committed or not, or who touched the ball last, it was a case of a so called top referee NOT KNOWING THE LAWS OF THE GAME.

Was he sacked? Of course not. In fact if I am right and it was the same referee he continues to officiate

morning fella, my hearts says your right but my head says we won't win this 1,
we have never enjoyed much backing from the FA in recent years so why now,

if that cheating no mark dirtbag had spoke up for Carroll i'd have thought we'd have had a chance.

Well that's going to happen isn't it ?

Facts are...Did AC swing an arm ? Yes. Did it catch the cheating c#nt ? Yes. Intent can't be proved either way so they'll stick with the original decision. It doesn't matter if it was a gentle glancing blow or not.

Injustice yes absolutely, but I really can't see how we have a case.

perhaps Flores should have been sent off aswell,

not only does he climb all over Carroll from behind but on the way down he moves his arm around Carroll's his neck as if to strangle him,
does Carroll lash out? yes perhaps out of defensive instinct as would anyone, there was nothing vindictive about Carrolls action if you study the replay in point of fact he didn't even see him.

I'll be amazed if it's overturned.

The club haven't even appealed yet.

Dermot Gallagher coming up on SSN discussing it. He's more reliable than that tw@t Poll and if he thinks the ref's made a mistake he'll say so.

    Should be interesting.
