    The albino

Can someone please explain to me, how the milky bar kid has managed young player of the year??

Every decent oposition game, he has been innocuous. I'm baffled.
He can play, but is he really that good? I'm not convinced.
We had all the crap about 15 Million quotes from the woollies, but some on DCM wouldn't give you 400 k for him.

Maybe because the shortlist and eventual winner are decided by an independent panel of league members, sponsors and the media rather who might actually know what they are talking about rather than a biased Forest Fan?

    Just a thought?...

Ok then, I'm a biased Forest fan. Please explain to me then, how punters on DCM regularly say they can't see what the fuss is about and he isn't worth anything like the stupid ones think?
Or are they biased as well?

Once a player is labelled a hot prospect it will follow him around for years and anything he does is over hyped like the England squad.

After continuous no shows against us, this Saturday with our powderpuff midfield he should dominate the game.

Also it's not Forest bias as Derby's Leicester mates say he's always anonymous against them.

    Will is actually that good.

The thing is his game is not based on dribbling past three or four players or scoring spectacular goals.

His game is rather simple, he makes himself available (even when others hide) and keeps the ball moving forward. He never seems rushed and always seems to have time on the ball (sign of quality)

Will has excellent ball control, I have never seen him fail to control the ball even in tight situations and he hardly ever gives the ball away.

His range of passing is excellent, short and long and he sees situations developing early.

Will has now kicked on and in the last few games has shown aspects of a developing game. He has began to make runs at speed with the ball at his feet in an impressive manner.

Will has a tremendous engine and his workrate with or without the ball is an important aspect of his game. He simply doesn't stop working.

He has always played above his age group and at 18 has now notched up an impressive 70 first team games.

You've got to admit though boys, you're not the most gracious of rivals and it's only because he plays for Derby that you're calling the decision into question.

I remember Kris Commons being the messiah until he joined Derby at which point he was suddenly fat, lazy and crap.

Will is a fantastic prospect and has had another cracking season and this has been recognised from many quarters. Come on fellas, have a bit of class :-(
