Ratty - go up the A38, then onto the M1 and look out for signs to Sheffield - given your love for the manager rather than the team, you'd obviously be happier there than following the Rams...

Whatever Clough may do at Sheff Utd, it cannot change his solid year-in year-out measly 33% win rate during his time at Derby . Just not good enough. So why the original post is relevant to this board ain't clear to me - except that the rodent is continuing to flog his dead horse.

Contrary to what you think Rattea most Derby fans wish Nigel success. I am pleased to see he is doing so well at United. I would be pleased to see him get promotion for them. What you don't seem to see or admit is that after 4 years at Derby the team was going nowhere and the football being played was boring. Steve Mac has changed the was we play, improved most of the players and matches have been exciting to watch. But as I have said well done Nigel and all the best for the future.

I think the time to judge McClaren is next season.

Once some players have move on and others arrive and it becomes Shcteeve's team.

It will be interesting once conditions change, he inherited a stable club and that was down to Nigel.

I liked and appreciated the work Nigel did, but also like and appreciate the work McClaren is doing at the club, does that make me a freak?

Paul Jewel was up for the England job at one time, maybe we should bring him back cause he was good at another club?
