I remember Kris Commons being the messiah until he joined Derby at which point he was suddenly fat, lazy and crap.

Will is a fantastic prospect and has had another cracking season and this has been recognised from many quarters. Come on fellas, have a bit of class :-(
Just remind me again how was that?
We said he was a fat greedy judas, which proved correct when he shafted your lot up the ****.
No one doubted his ability as a footballer. He was lazy from the point of view that he turned it on, when it was approaching new contract times. So don't lie, it makes you look rather silly.

    Selective memory there Tricky?

It was Stoke fans who called him a "fat greedy judas" when he joined you. You all insisted he was moving to a bigger, better club.

Shafted? Ok, sit down Tricky, this may come as a bit of a shock to you - players are allowed to decide to join another club. I can't remember any Derby fan stating that we'd been shafted. I do however remember the insults bestowed upon Kris over a wide range of topics including his ability, weight and motives.

And you expect us to take your views on Hughes seriously?

Look at this way. Since he came into your side he has done, to quote the Great Man, 'NOWT' against us.
I am sure those Forest fans who don't watch Derby games on tv wonder what the fuss is about.

You might not remember it, but I do. He orchestrated his move, whist playing above himself AGAIN! Sits on the side lines when it suited and DCM was full of it at the time. He did do the same with us, so I cannot complain.
Derby fans were screaming at the pitiful 300k they took for him. Yet it was either that in January, or nothing by seasons end.
So yes, your own said you WAS shafted.

As for Hughes, my views are what I have seen myself and heard off your site. I have yet to see what all the fuss is about. 15Million? You'd be lucky to get a million for him.

What a load of cobblers. We live in the era of communication! You know as well as we do that he is a decent player. The issue for you is that he wears a Derby shirt.

I can't wait for your views on our other trophy winner, Mason Bennett

    [quote="HOODIE"]Will is actually that good.

The thing is his game is not based on dribbling past three or four players or scoring spectacular goals.

His game is rather simple, he makes himself available (even when others hide) and keeps the ball moving forward. He never seems rushed and always seems to have time on the ball (sign of quality)

Will has excellent ball control, I have never seen him fail to control the ball even in tight situations and he hardly ever gives the ball away.

His range of passing is excellent, short and long and he sees situations developing early.

Will has now kicked on and in the last few games has shown aspects of a developing game. He has began to make runs at speed with the ball at his feet in an impressive manner.

Will has a tremendous engine and his workrate with or without the ball is an important aspect of his game. H

It'll be interesting to see in 5 years time who is playing at the highest level and what transfer fee they fetched out of Hughes and Lascelles.
