Bag Eyes on the Touchline on Saturday?!

to refresh everyone's memories, bag eyes is in the middle of serving a 5 game touchline ban. he appealed before the Doncaster game (presumably as he had a deadline if he were to appeal) which means that he was allowed back to the touchline for that game.

his hearing was meant to be today but it has been postponed due to 'personal reasons'. presumably that will now mean that he will be allowed back on the touchline for their cup final on Saturday as his hearing has not been heard yet.

I have assumed that's the case but if it is, are the football league really that stupid not to see what's going on here? I really hope they see through what is most probably a dirty trick and make him serve the 3rd game of his 5 game ban. - view external link

well there's a bee in my bonnet over this. he's really working the system.

I've phoned the FA to question the legitimacy of his actions. they refused to put me through to anyone that makes any decisions. the best I got was their general email which goes through to customer relations which should prompt a response from someone.

it may even be genuine but if it's his decision to delay the hearing then he should go with the consequences and have the derby game as part of his ban.

For those that feel like me I urge you to forward your complaints to:

Actually I am with KTCG here Rapid - its seems a bit of an over reaction doomed to getting nowhere. Anyway are you so scared of having Krankie jr on the touchline?

There you go, here's my Ratty moment stirring it and perhaps precipitating the desired bitch fight?

I'm with rapid, he got a ban and he is playing the system in order to be on the touchline for his biggest game of the season. Its not a matter of being scared of him being there, its a matter of it being an advantage for them that they shouldn't have.

IF he is lying about family problems in order to effectively cheat, i hope his false claims come to fruition and he suffers some misery.Horrid little ****ing gnome.

maybe it is and yes of course it's doomed to get nowhere but the point is he's blatantly playing the system and something needs to be said. the problem with a lot of things in and outside of football is that nobody ever seems to get questioned. take blatter for instance - nobody holds him accountable so he gets away with anything he wants. I don't think it's unreasonable to ask the question.

it may be the biggest coincidence ever to be fair but my point is that if it's his request to delay the appeal then he should be prepared to sit in the stands until it's more convenient for him to have his appeal heard. if 'personal issues' are preventing him from attending the
