You are in charge of a game between 2 London teams. One team is pressing and has a shot at goal. The shot beats the keeper and appears to be heading into the net when suddenly an outfield player from the other team throws themselves full length to tip the ball wide. Do you;
1) Immediately blow for a penalty and send the player off
2) Blow your whistle and consult with other officials before making a decision
3) Dither then award a penalty and send the wrong player off.

Marriner, like klattenberg, should be plying his trade in the lower echelons of English football.
Turgid fixtures, such as po**ey v York, are his level.
Good effort by Oxo, the plus side for Wenger is that should a GK ever get sent off, he now knows who to put in between the sticks,
To be fair, they all look alike anyway.
