With his regular history of poor behaviour in the press and towards owners, renegotiating his contracts before being suspected by some fans of engineering his own exit, bottling promotion pushes and generally leaving clubs in a poor state...
Who in Gods would employ him next?
Wherever he ends up, he could well have to spend the first 5 games sitting in the stand.

Without doubt he's finished with the football managerial game, he's hardly worked in the last few years apart from at Forest.
Thing is who is going to employ Billy's backroom boys ?
Ned and co have been very loyal to Billy in the past so how are they going to work with anyone else?
Whilst Billy might have made a few quid, I doubt these guys can afford not to work again, so what happens to them?
I know we're all loving piling on the misery but on a serious note he could make his CV look very good.
every team in England he's managed he's got to the play offs with 1 promotion. this is his first real sacking (we all know he engineered his way out of derby and was sacked for non footballing reasons the first time round at forest). he leaves forest 7th in the table despite a 'crippling injury list' and his teams are always there or thereabouts.
despite many negatives his record is still pretty good in all fairness. I have no doubt some idiot with a bit of cash will take a punt on him one day or like I said on another thread, he could well be the next rangers boss.
He was unemployable before the latest stint at Forest. But congratulations to them for sacking him twice - fair play to them.
On paper, you would think he is a great manager. However like I and many others have said before, why do other mangers, who have achieved far less, get jobs, when he was available?
He went nearly 2 years I think out of work, and though his was always linked, he never got any job. Added to this it is also worth remembering he wasnt first choice for Forest under Al Fawaz. They tried plenty before going for him, and there were even some like McCarthy who turned the job down.
The guy is a liability, the first thing Fawaz has done in lift the press restrictions. Hopefully he will never work in football again.
How is he unemployable, there's Umpaloompa no 2 in the Wizard of Oz, Grumpy in Snow White at several pantos, and if the Krankies want to do a comeback tour, well save a ticket for me.
they are looking for trolley attendants at my local supermarket?
He is a good manager, it is just a shame that he isn't a good bloke.Originally Posted by chili756

But then
Well old bag eyes don't need to be employed for 4 years really does he! He might be a crap manager but he ain't daft!
