    Same Old Clough

    4 -2 down and his team going nowhere he waits until 82nd minute to bring on Porter and Davies. United then put Hull under pressure and score in the 90th min. But still loose subs too late. Doesn't Clough ever learn?

    I've just realised, it was down to McLarens dithering why we lost the home game against lowly Millwall at the IPro.

    The fool failed to make any substitutions before the 61st min when Millwall scored.

    Will he ever learn?

    And NO, I don't believe a single word I've written above.

    Come on I doubt that anyone on here thought Clough would make the change when it was needed; and that was at the 20 minute to go mark, not 10.

    Hahaha, I thought I'd pop over to see if you lot had anything to say

    To be fair I do agree, we were screaming for the subs to be made 10 minutes earlier, some of the lads were dead out.

    But Clough's subs have allowed us to get here, big Chris Porter (ex derby legend) came on and changed the game, and this is that was the first game I felt he got it wrong to be honest.

    Thank you for him by the way, he's transformed our club and I'm not joking.
    Hopefully we'll be playing you in the prem in a few years...

    He did the same for us. If he learns from his experiences, and learns to be less cautious in his approach, he will be a top manager. I don't doubt he will restore Sheff Utd over the next couple of years to be a force. {cue another diatribe from Mr Swaledale...}

    If Clough gets lots of money to buy players then I can see him being able get SUFC to the Premier; however I do not believe he's got it in him to go on from there. He's too negative and lacks tactical nous.

    Your welcome. We've benefited from a step up in our management and so have you so I guess, all's well that ends well.
