Afraid so, I would post a link but best not. I'll send it to Pents.

Well, at least we cut our cloth accordingly rather than continue to throw Monopoly money around pretending it wasn't happening

Let them have their 'field day' will it alter the fact that we're 8th in the Premier League while they have nothing but Division 4 bed blocking to look forward to?

Well I'm not too bothered that you're in the Premier League and we're in League 2. You deserve your time in the sun and we're on the roundabout while you have your go on the swings.
But I am bothered by the 'cheat' label and it cheers me up that you are just as bad when you are paying zero pence in the A£ on your debts.

Shows how easily confused I am. I thought the reason SFC went into admin was that it was deemed separate from SLH?

On that basis the assets of SLH could not be counted towards the debts of SFC, so SFC went into admin, along with it's debts. When the club was bought those debts were cleared??

Do we know if there are any charities amongst the unsecured creditors who will receive zero (that's ZERO) pence in the pound?

That's even less than we paid back. Nice going chaps.

Hmmm.. Looks like proc is right, the two companies are separate.
SLH only owned a toilet block in the West Country, how you can sell shares in that is another matter.

    Complete opposite of that Proc.

"Although the rules of the Football League state that a 10 point deduction would only be incurred if the club went into administration, an enquiry reported that the finances of the parent company and the club were linked to an extent that they were practically the same company/club."
